# CSS Trick: Display: none; Vs Visibility: hidden;

There is a decent and understandable difference between CSS property of Display: none; Vs Visibility: hidden; Although in both cases the target field will not be visible but there are things to consider. 

**Display: none:**

This will hide the DOM property as well as the hidden DOM will not affect the space of itself. Means it completely decoupled from the design aspects.

**Visisbility: hidden;**

This will hide the DOM, but the space will remain in the place to place the components.
